August 27th, we had our first ultrasound. I was so nervous because of the bleeding I had had. I knew my HcG looked good, and it was doubling, but it was nerve wracking either way. As soon as the ultrasound started, I was looking for that little flicker-but didn't see it. I was sure that it wasn't there, just sure of it. A couple seconds later, the doctor zoomed in on the sac, and there it was. I could see it beating! I couldn't quite hear it but it was definitely there! Awwwww <3 What a relief that was.

I was, in that moment, so happy.
